Sounds like some crazy fucked Disney movie that Cough but I’d be all over that like Gavvy and a one egg omelette … or Eddie B and a soiled copy of one legged Asians carrying briefcases….

If a movie has horses, dogs or fake Tigers in it, Sold is all over it

So many from the 60s alone like Blow Up, La Dolce Vita

One comes to mind which isn't one fo the greatest but has the arguabley the best cast of any movie

The Chase 1966. How's this for a cast

Marlon Brando
Jane Fonda
Robert Redford
Angie Dickinson
Robert Duvall
James Fox
Janice Rule

There was just something about it. Leather armchairs, a roaring open fire, cold floors covered by rugs and the snow falling outside. Looked extremely cosy when watching it as a kid although I suspect in reality those days weren't particularly comfortable!!!

tanman 11:00 Tue Jul 18

Liked them all originally but looking back I wish they had stopped after the first as they did get a bit silly.

Apparently Roddy McDowell used to drive home in his make up and got a few odd looks by passing pedestrians!!!

Not sure how old the film is but Bridge over the River Kwai was a favourite of BC Senior.

And to coin one of his phrases''They do not make Films like that anymore''.

The Swimmer is a curious film but very appealing in many ways. Has anyone else ever seen Goodbye, Columbous staying a young Ali McGraw? I enjoyed that when I watched it once.

Zico, must have watxched the original Apes film umpteen times. Still stands the test of time now. Also agree with another mention from someone for Singing in the Rain - many stand out moments in that one film. Wizard of Oz has to also be regarded as a timeless classic.
